Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information zuykn collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We have kept it short and readable. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] and we will explain it.
Who we are
zuykn is the trading name of Spectakl IO LLC, a company registered in Texas at 13901 Midway Rd, Suite 102-221, Dallas, TX 75244. We provide managed IT, Ai agents and automation, and data platform engineering services to clients in the United States. This policy covers zuykn.io and our services.
The short version
- We collect what you give us, contact and account details, plus basic technical data about your visit.
- We use it to deliver our services, answer you, bill you, and improve the site.
- We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
- We use a small number of vendors for payments, hosting, analytics, Ai, and IT management. They are listed below.
- You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data at any time, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.
What we collect
What you give us. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing and billing addresses, job titles, contact preferences, and software license details. When you pay an invoice, card or bank (ACH) details are collected and processed by Intuit, not stored by us. Where we manage systems for you, we hold the account credentials needed to do it, kept in your password manager wherever you have one. If you contact us or fill in a form, we keep that correspondence.
What we collect automatically. Log and usage data such as pages viewed and timestamps, device data such as browser and operating system, your IP address, and the approximate location it implies. This is ordinary web server and analytics data.
What you post. Content you submit through our services, so that we can provide them.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as health data, biometrics, or government identifiers.
How we use it
- To deliver our services and manage your account and orders
- To answer your questions and provide support
- To send administrative messages about your account
- To process payments and keep accounting records
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To send business and marketing messages, unless you opt out
- To protect our services, prevent fraud, and comply with the law
Cookies and analytics
We use a few cookies to make the site work and to measure traffic. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. Details of every cookie, and how to change your choice, are in our Cookie Policy. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals and treat them as declining non-essential tracking.
Our use of Ai tools
We build and operate Ai agents and automation, and we use third-party Ai platforms, currently Anthropic and OpenAI, to do it. Where a service we run for you processes your data through these platforms, we do so under our agreements with them, and we do not permit your data to be used to train their public models. We do not use Ai to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you without a person involved.
How we share it
We share personal information only with vendors who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Intuit (QuickBooks) for invoicing, payments, and accounting
- Google Analytics for website traffic measurement
- Anthropic and OpenAI for Ai processing, as described above
- Webflow for website hosting, Cloudflare for site delivery and security, and other cloud storage, email, collaboration, and IT management and security providers that support our operations
The categories we disclose for these business purposes are the same ones listed above: identifiers and contact details, account and professional information, commercial and billing information, and internet or device activity. We disclose them only to the vendors named here, under contracts that limit what they may do with the information.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to a buyer if we sell or restructure the business, or where the law requires it or we need to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where we store it
We store your information in the United States. Some vendors, such as Cloudflare, also process it in other countries to deliver and secure their services.
How long we keep it
We keep account information for up to 36 months after you stop being a client, to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
We use organizational and technical measures appropriate to our size and to the sensitivity of the data, including access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that data sent to our site is immune from interception.
Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, we will honor these requests:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your information
- Port it, receive it in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing at any time
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws also have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you are welcome to contact us to confirm it. California residents may appoint an authorized agent to make a request for them.
To make a request, email [email protected] or use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We will respond within the time the law where you live allows. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will reconsider.
SMS and mobile information
If you give us a mobile number, we will only text you about services you have asked for. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation, and we do not sell them. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
zuykn Email Analyzer (Outlook add-in)
zuykn Email Analyzer runs inside Outlook on your device. It reads only the message you open (headers, body and attachment names) and your own name and email address, analyzes them on your device, and never sends message content, addresses or results to us or anyone else. It stores no message data. Two settings stay in local storage on your device: your organization's email domains, to recognize your aliases, and your light or dark theme. "Forget learned domains" on its Info tab clears the domains. Links you choose to open from it, such as an unsubscribe page, open in your browser. Its files load from apps.zuykn.io on Cloudflare, which sees your IP address and browser details like any website visit. No account, cookies, telemetry, analytics or ads, wherever you use it.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Outside the United States
Our client services are offered in the United States. If you use our site or services from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. zuykn Email Analyzer is offered in most countries through Microsoft Marketplace and sends us no personal data; the only data involved is what Cloudflare sees when it delivers the add-in's files. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you directly. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.
