This policy explains what personal information zuykn collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We have kept it short and readable. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] and we will explain it.
zuykn is the trading name of Spectakl IO LLC, a company registered in Texas at 13901 Midway Rd, Suite 102-221, Dallas, TX 75244. We provide managed IT, Ai agents and automation, and data platform engineering services to clients in the United States. This policy covers zuykn.io and our services.
What you give us. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing and billing addresses, job titles, usernames and passwords, contact preferences, software license details, and payment card information when you buy something. If you contact us or fill in a form, we keep that correspondence.
What we collect automatically. Log and usage data such as pages viewed and timestamps, device data such as browser and operating system, your IP address, and the approximate location it implies. This is ordinary web server and analytics data.
What you post. Content you submit through our services, so that we can provide them.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as health data, biometrics, or government identifiers.
We use a few cookies to make the site work and to measure traffic. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. Details of every cookie, and how to change your choice, are in our Cookie Policy. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals and treat them as declining non-essential tracking.
We build and operate Ai agents and automation, and we use third-party Ai platforms, currently Anthropic and OpenAI, to do it. Where a service we run for you processes your data through these platforms, we do so under our agreements with them, and we do not permit your data to be used to train their public models. We do not use Ai to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you without a person involved.
We share personal information only with vendors who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
The categories we disclose for these business purposes are the same ones listed above: identifiers and contact details, account and professional information, commercial and billing information, and internet or device activity. We disclose them only to the vendors named here, under contracts that limit what they may do with the information.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to a buyer if we sell or restructure the business, or where the law requires it or we need to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our servers and our vendors are located in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there.
We keep account information for up to 36 months after an account closes, to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Other information we keep while we have a business relationship with you, and afterwards until you ask us to delete it. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
We use organizational and technical measures appropriate to our size and to the sensitivity of the data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that data sent to our site is immune from interception.
Wherever you live in the United States, we will honor these requests:
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws also have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you are welcome to contact us to confirm it. California residents may appoint an authorized agent to make a request for them.
To make a request, email [email protected] or use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We will respond within the time your state's law allows. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will reconsider.
If you give us a mobile number, we will only text you about services you have asked for. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation, and we do not sell them. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We serve clients in the United States, and our services are not directed at people outside it. If you visit the site from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you directly. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.
